  I've been there theee times this week. Thee service is incredibly poor, they don't listen to you right order or care about product quality or customer satisfaction. I've requested a Large French vanilla twice and each time they gave me a medium and when we complained I was handed a machine to pay, completely ignored. Upon the third time I've ordered a bagel that came to me rock hard and black, because it was burnt to a crisp and another bagel I received was literally soggy with butter, ordering timbits on another day, I requested 10 Honey glazed, they negelected to tell me they didn't have enough, which I wouldn't have minded, and gave me a box with six timbits. I nearly walked away having paid for ten, that is stealing. Unacceptable. I expect so much more respect, and better service from a coffee place that canadian's take so much pride in. I won't be returning if they continue to feed me crap.

  Worst experience ever.....I have been to many Tim Horton's all over the country but this one stands the top of the list among the top worst list. No customer experience you can expect from this location, all the staff are so grumpy rude pathetic. They will never listen to your order properly and make it wrong and when tried to correct it they show the attitude and never say please or thank you. Never going back again

  Slowest tim hortons I have been to EVER... don't come here if you need to be on the road or at work at a specific time cause you'll surely be late!!!
