  Terrible customer service, absolutely horrendous. The first time I ordered, it was from this place accidentally, as I usually order from the 8th street one. Not only did they get my order wrong, they told me multiple times they didn't, before finally admitting they did, and offering me a free pizza. When I tried to call it in today, they refused to take my order, saying it was out of their delivery range, even though I was promised delivery of my free pizza. They argued with me insistently, telling me I had to pick it up if I wanted it. I gave up and hung up, and they called me back to tell me they could give it to me if I picked it up. So not only did they screw up the order, both times they've argued with me to the point that I had to hang up in frustration TWICE. If you're going to order, don't. The pizza is not good enough for the frustration of dealing with the staff or incompetent management.
