What happened to the British guy that I kept calling an Aussie? I didn't really care for him but we had an understanding

We've hit up the drive-thru twice on our way home and the service has been excellent each time. The first visit, their debit services were down but they offered to spot us for the drinks, which was very generous. The second time, our order taker was very busy but was cheerful and made sure we had what we needed. I expect we'll be frequenting here often. :)
