  I rarely receive a hello or good morning when picking up my drink with the mobile preorder and prepay option. My latte tastes different every single when I order it the same way every single time. It's disappointing. Where is the consistency?

  I was in enjoying my coffee the other morning, I often visit this Starbucks as it is the closest to my house. While I was there, a lady who I Was lead to believe is the manager at this location, was working (brown hair, fairly short!, I would guess in her thirties) . I have not seen her before, however to see how she was treating her customers, (she went out of her way to walk up to a table and compliment them and have a brief conversation) and to greet each person with a cheerful attitude as they entered was really nice to observe. And something almost more important for me was to have seen how she was treating her staff, she is clearly a manager that you could reach out to, or ask never ending questions to, she was asking her staff for suggestions and you could tell that she truly did care about each and every one of them and their experiences while at work. This experience for me, will definitely keep me coming back to this location as it is clearly run as a very inclusive and cheerful place to be!!

  I've been to a few coffee shops in this city, but I always find myself coming back to this one. The staff are always exceptionally friendly, the coffee is great, and the atmosphere is fantastic for any sort of projects you might be working on. I love this place, and I'll continue to come here for a long time.
