  It must be a requirement to be a miserable condescending douche to work at this place. I had the misfortune of interacting with several of their staff, each as unpleasant and unprofessional as the last. The guy almost rolled the bobcat just loading it, I bet they would have tried to charge me for that. These other reviews claiming A+ customer service, and whatever else, are clearly fake. Seriously SGI has better and more pleasant customer service. Do yourself a favor and rent from someone else. There's another place to rent bobcats right around the block.
