  It's always tidy and it's a cute, interesting little store. My boyfriend and myself always go in there and treat ourselves to some goodies. People are usually kind but the last time we were in there, my boyfriend was considering buying this toy cash register for his younger brother, and he pressed the button on the toy twice and the lady whipped around the corner and snapped at him to stop, that it'll ruin the packaging. I was surprised with how rude she was considering she was really pleasant the last time we went there. She was probably having a rough day at work, and I understand that because I work customer service as well, but don't take it out on customers who mean no harm.
