- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The patio was there beckoning me. I went. I ordered. I was sad. "Yeah! We have that drink..!" Said the first waitress. Friend arrives just as they're booting us off the patio. Why? It's hardly evening. Turns out the nachos I ordered are a gross pile of potato chips. That would have been nice to be advised about. Next waitress: "No, we don't have that." Doesn't come by again for years. During that long skuzzy journey, I look around at the thin crowd and see strange old loner dudes and weirdos. I want to leave.
