  The plaza suffers from all the usual mall woes and a few more. The increasingly connected affluent shoppers of the day are not interested in travelling to any mall when they can have their goods delivered to their door. As with most down-town facilities, it suffers more than the average mall from the standard parking issues of convenience and cost, as well as not having a lot of local residents to offer their custom. In it's 40s, now, the mall is dark and, despite past renovations, a bit dated, mostly made up of pricier than average stores that are in low demand outside of a set audience and Christmas shoppers. For the most mature of shoppers, it offers The Bay and Sears but, aside from moderately-high-end clothing, little to attract the under 60 shopper.

  pretty good. nice stores. so much people but its a mall, what more do you ask for . . . .

  Best mall (in Saskatoon). Thaw out your car in the underground parkade in the winter and take your young kids to build a bear. My only complaint is that they have no children area at the food court.
